What is myUplink?
To start using these new features, you will need to update to Nibe's new myUplink environment. More information on that on Nibe's website. Read more on what the difference between Uplink and myUplink is here. In short, the main difference has been that Uplink is for older heat pump models while myUplink is built for newer technology. myUplink connects to Nibe smart accessories to create an all-in-one heating system. Previously, only heat pumps with a touchscreen could be added to myUplink. Now, Nibe is transitioning, at least to our knowledge, all their internet-connected heat pumps to myUplink.
