How to Connect Your Jäspi Heat Pump to Kapacity.io
Kapacity.io now supports integration with Jäspi devices that can be updated to the myUplink platform. It’s important to note that the myUpway remote control software for Jäspi air-to-water heat pumps will cease to function on September 1, 2024.
The myUpway software will be replaced by the new myUplink software. For more information and assistance, please contact your installer.

Steps to Update to myUplink
- Update Your Heat Pump: Make sure your heat pump is updated to the new myUplink software to ensure your remote control service continues to function correctly. You will need a USB memory stick and the myUplink software update. The update is free of charge and after completing it, you will also be able to use remote control through a mobile app.
- Ensure Connectivity: Confirm that the device is connected to WiFi and linked to your Jäspi myUplink account.
- Register for Kapacity.io Cloud: Register for Kapacity.io Cloud and add your device. Use the same myUplink username that you have set up in your myUplink account to complete this process.
How to Connect to Kapacity.io Cloud
To connect your heat pump to Kapacity.io Cloud, follow these steps:
- Update Your Software: Make sure your heat pump's software is updated to the latest version. You’ll receive a push notification in myUplink when an update is available. Alternatively, you can check for updates manually by going to Menu > Profile > Devices in the myUplink app.
- Ensure Connectivity: Confirm that the device is connected to WiFi and linked to your Jäspi myUplink account.
- Register for Kapacity.io Cloud: Register for Kapacity.io Cloud and add your device. Use the same myUplink username that you have set up in your myUplink account to complete this process.
